My window keeps making a mysterious clanking sound. I'm not sure if it's my blinds, because it sounds like the noise they make when they hit the window frame, but my window isn't open and when I watch I don't see anything moving. It's insanely annoying.

I'm pretty sure I'm neurotic.

The internet at my apartment is horribly unreliable. :(
